In a joint lecture-style breakout session co-led with Google, we will demonstrate how to capitalize on RCS consumer conversations initiated from clicks on organic & paid Search results. We’ll show how consumers can drive more value with RCS conversations by applying Twilio’s platform agentic capabilities to the post-click experience from paid or organic Search results. We’ll demonstrate how customers can combine their previous contextual data on the customer with the contextual data provided by Google to drive valuable 2-way conversations between consumers and businesses. Utilizing Twilio, businesses can eliminate the “cold start” problem at the start of consumer conversations as they can refer to consumers by name and reference their historical purchases and preferences.
